Here are some examples of our daily menus that come with the meeting packages. Our menus and buffets are freshly prepared.
For groups of 30 or more we offer a large buffet.
2-course meal with a choice of 3 main dishes (meat, fish, vegetarian) and dessert
Sample 1
- Meat dish: chicken breast filet in mushroom-cream sauce with fresh vegetables and green noodles
- Fish dish: seafood ragout in cress foam with cucumber and natural rice
- Vegetarian dish: noodle casserole
- Dessert: Panna Cotta on fruit
Sample II
- Meat dish: turkey breast on sweet pepper cream with potato croquettes
- Fish dish: salmon escalope with leaf spinach and wild rice
- Vegetarian dish: mediteranean rice pan with fresh vegetables
- Dessert: Mousse au chocolat
3-course meal with appetizer or soup and a choice of 3 main dishes (meat, fish, vegetarian) and dessert

- Starter: melon with ham
- Meat dish: roasted pork steak on pepper-cream-sauce with chips and vegetable bouquet
- Fish dish: lake victoria perch au gratin with vegetables and ribbon noodles
- Vegetarian dish: vegetables pasta squares
- Dessert: dessert plate "Konrad Duden"

- Starter: tomato & basil soup
- Meat dish: pork roast on onion sauce with fried graped potatoes and vegetable bouquet
- Fish dish: catfish leek cream vegetables and potatoes tossed in butter
- Vegetarian dish: baked ewe's cheese with olives and tomatoes
- Dessert: Zabaglione
